HP Search Elector/ Electoral Roll

To Search Elector/ Electoral Roll kindly follow the steps mentioned below.

Steps

Go to the official website of State Election Commission Himachal Pradesh and enter the following details
Step 1 : Select Your District
Step 2 : Select Your Block
Step 3 : Select Your Panchayat/ ULB #
Step 4 : Select Your Ward
Step 5 : Click View HTML Electoral Roll button

Search Name in Block/Panchayat

Step 6 : Select Search Name by Starts With/Anywhere/End With
Step 7 : Enter the Elector Name *
Step 8 : Click Search Name button

Instructions

1. For Searching Name in the Electoral Roll (fields marked with * must be entered and Search Name button to be pressed).

** Name is searchable within a block. Therefore, you must select the District and Block first. Then enter your name in the box after selecting appropriate radio button (startswith/anywhere/endswith).

Name must be typed in English followed by a space so that the Hindi equivalent is shown to you. In case, the name is not displayed correctly in Hindi, please click on the displayed Hindi word to select other Hindi spellings/equivalent names.

** Press Search Name button to check your name in the selected Block’s Electoral Rolls.
** Alternatively, if you know the Panchayat name and Ward too, you may select these too. This will help in faster searching of your name.

2. For Printing Panchayat/Ward wise Electoral Rolls (fields marked with *(except Elector Name) and # are mandatory).
** You need to select District, Block, Panchayat/ULB/MC Shimla.
** Press the HTML or PDF buttons to print Electoral Roll in HTML or PDF format

Note :
** Electors data is in Hindi.
** Supplementary data is not available in these Rolls at present.
