Winners for Online Competition :

It is directed to say that the winners of the first Online Voters Competition is to be selected by ECI from among the entries shortlisted by the CEOs.

Selected entries are those entries which are selected by CEO as per their relevance for the competition.

Accordingly the StatesUTs are requested to send in their shortlisted entries in accordance with the Commissions letters dated 17.01.2015 and 04.02.2015 and the guidelines uploaded on the ECI website (copy enclosed).

i. CEOs may chalk out their Award Scheme and select winners of the Voters Online Competition at State Level to encourage applicants, in accordance with the aforesaid circulars.
ii. Of the winning entries, each StateUT may forward upto a maximum of 2 best entries in each category to the Commission through the portal following the aforesaid guidelines. In case no deserving entries are found, the CEOs may inform ECI accordingly.
iii. The last date for forwarding the entries of the online competition by CEOs for the consideration of winners at national level is 14″ April, 2015 by 5 PM.
iv. As per the records with ECI, some StatesUTs have not got any entries for the 1″ online competition. It is requested that the CEOs may therefore widely publicise the 2″ online competition so as to attract maximum participation from within the StateUT.

STEPS:

Step-1: Login CEOs can Login with the credentials provided to them.
Step-2: Chose Theme of the Competition. After Login, CEOs can monitor the entries coming for their states in the Online Competition for Voters” under different competition themes.
Step-3: Dashboard. Then on the dashboard CEOs can monitor the entries for their state in different categories of completions.
Step-5 Select Entries: Select the entries (just to filter the appropriate content)
Step-6 Finalize Entries: finalise the entries (that will be considered as the final entries from CEO office
Step-7 Change Password facility is also provided.
Step-8 If the user forgets hisher password then it can be obtained by clicking on Forgot Password while logging in.

1. Login Screen :
CEOs can login with the credentials provided to them.

2. Forgot Password :
If the user forgets hisher password then it can be obtained by clicking on Forgot Password while logging in. In the screen displayed below, the registered mobile number is to be given to obtain password.

3. Theme Selection :
After Login, CEOs can monitor the entries coming for their states in the Online Competition for Voters” under different competition themes.

On the above screen following information is shown:
Theme of Competition: Name of the theme of competition.
Start Date: Starting Date of the Competition.
End Date: Ending Date of Competition till that entries will be accepted.
Total Registrations: This count shows the total number of candidates in the state who registered during the competition.
Total Entries: This is the total number of file uploads under various categories.

4. CEO Dashboard :
On the dashboard CEOs can monitor the entries for their state in different categories of completion chosen.

The tiles give the following information:
Total Registrations: Total number of registrations in the selected category theme.
Todays Registration: Total count of registrations done on the current date of login.
Total Entries: Total number of file uploads under the competition.
Total Selected Entries: Total number of entries selected by the CEO for filtering the appropriate content.
Category Tiles: The tiles contain the name of the Competition category along with the count of the entries done by participants. Category Names are:
1. Speak Your Mind
2. Word

5. View Entries :
By clicking on select entries, CEO can view all the items entered by the participants. The links given on screen on the left can be used to View all items or View Selected items. The Category tiles are showing the name and count of entries as per the category. CEO can click on the Tile and view the entries category wise.

To select the entry, CEO needs to click on select button given in the row of the entry. In order to deselect, the DeSelect button is to be clicked.

6. Selected Entries :
The Table displays the following information:
S.No: Displays the entries in serial.
State & District: Displays the name of the State and the District to which participants belongs.
Entry Category: Name of the Category for which the entry has been made.
Applicants Details: This include the name, age, mobile no. and email Id of the Applicant.
Entry Title & Description: It shows the Title and brief Description of the entry.
File Type: This show the type of file entered.
Image/Video/Audio: This column contains a button to Show and download the respective file uploaded by the participant.
Select/Deselect: This button helps in selectingdeselecting the entry by the CEO.

7. Finalize Entries
Finalise the entries (that will be considered as the final entries from CEO office). This can be done by clicking on the button Finalise.
For each category titles the final entry would be between 0 to 2

8. Change Password :
If the user wants to change password, it can be done by going to the link Change Passowrd.
