Feeding of Aadhaar No. :

** National Voter Service Portal (NVSP)
** E-mail to election-hp@nic.in

SMS to 51969 (ECILINK<SPACE>EPIC_NO<SPACE>AADHAAR_NO)

** By making a call at toll free no. 1950
** By submitting the details of Aadhaar No. and EPIC No. in format “Annexure–A” to ERO

Steps for feeding Aadhaar No. in Electoral Roll :
Step 1: Open the CEO Website URL is ceohimchal.nic.in
Step 2: Click the Link Feeding of Aadhaar No. and EPIC No by Electors.
Step 3: Click The link National Voter Service Portal (NVSP).
Step 4: Click the Continue button. Search Page will be opened.
Fill the Name, Father/Husband name, age/DOB, Gender, Select State and Select District Constituency then click on Search button.
Step 5: After clicking on Search button following screen will appear
Step 6: Search Detail will be opened then click the Feed Aadhaar No. link.
Step 7: Feed your Aadhaar No, Aadhaar Name and Mobile No or Email and click Submit Button.
You will receive message “Your request for Aadhaar number with Electoral Roll database has been successfully registered”.
Step 8: Click the search by EPIC No. link and fill the personal details by electors. At last click the Search button.
Step 9: Search Detail will be opened then click the Feed Aadhaar No. link.
Step10: Feed your Aadhaar No, Aadhaar Name and Mobile No or Email and click Submit Button.
You will receive message “Your request for Aadhaar number with Electoral Roll database has been successfully registered”.
