How to Apply INC Digital Membership?

1. Enroller shall download the App by clicking the link received in a SMS to his or her cell phone.
2. After entering the OTP received, Enroller will be allowed to enroll members into Congress party.
3. The enrollee should enroll members at their door steps in the booth assigned.
4. For enrolling a member only 3 steps need to be followed
a. Step one: In the first screen, type the name, mobile number and voter ID of the member and also Click the photo of the member.
b. Step two: In the next screen the OTP received by the member must be entered.
c. Step three: In the next green, select the relevant community and occupation of the member and Press Submit

5. Please note that OTP, Voter ID has to be correctly entered. Photo also should be properly token. Then only the member will be shown as verified.
6. The no of members enrolled and no of members verified con be seen on the Screen
7. A membership fee of Rs 5 be collected from every member enrolled and remitted to the Appointing authority
8. Every enrollee sholl try and enroll upto 100 members in the booth.

Guidelines For Chief Enrollers

DCC Presidents shall organise training to all the Chief Enrollers in the district at DCC office on without fail. Following input shall be given to the Chief Enrollers at the Training Session
1. Chief Enrollers will receive Authorisation through a SW from PCC President which will contain link for downloading the Digital membership app
2. Chief Enrollers shall download the App, self register themselves first.
4. There after they should identify one mole and female Booth Enroller for every both
4. Chief Enroller shall visit every Booth and enroll the Enrollers in their Cell phones. It is important to note that every Enroller selected shall be enrolled into the Cell phone of the Chief Enrollers. In other words, the Chief Enrollers are Enrollers of Booth Enrollers. The process of enrolling   one male and female Booth Enroller for each booth should be completed in 7 days.
5. While Enrolling the Booth Enrollers, Question appears on the Screen “Is Enroller”. The Chief Enroller should select YES. The System will then send authorisation to the Enrollers immediately.
6. Chief Enroller shall not enroll ordinary members in their cell phone. Their job is to simply enroll the two Booth Enrollers in their cell phones.
7. All the Enrollers who have been enrolled into the Cell phones of the Chief Enroller will receive Authorisation through a SMS from FCC President with a link for downloading the Digital membership App for enrolling members into Congress party
8. The Enrollers shall then download the App, and visit the members houses to enroll the members into Congress patty.
9. Chief Enrollers should keep the list of Enrollers with them, visit them in their booths and see that the enrollment of members happen briskly and completed by 31st March 2022
10. Every Enroller shall enroll minimum of 100 members in the booth

** The manner in which enrollment is done is also easy and hassle free to allow every worker on the ground to be able to use it and become a member. The name, phone number and valid EPIC number on a voter ID is enough to become a member of the Party.
** The Congress Membership Application is powered by participation from every booth of the State and Country. The units at the Block and District Level send in the information of workers at the booth level to be made Chief Enrollers.
** The AICC then verifies this data and permits them to be Chief Enrollers. Workers at the Booth becoming a Chief Enroller along with leaders of the State is a matter of pride and shows the truly inclusive ideology of the Congress Party.
** The Chief Enrollers are then tasked with creating Enrollers who will go ahead and enroll members into the party. Chief Enrollers and Enrollers can both enroll members and the application even allows them to see how many people they have successfully enrolled.
** This is also seen by the AICC. This form of real time feedback on membership is an incentive for Party Workers to enroll more members and for the Party to recognise and appreciate the effort of such workers.
** The Application isn’t only for membership but also serves the purpose of connecting ever last worker on the ground with the leadership.
** Everyone who has enrolled will have an opportunity to not only vote for the leadership in the state and the centre, but also will be decision makers when it comes to the path the party should take in the future.
** Further, opportunities to interact with the leadership and voice concerns forms a part of the benefits of membership. It is a manner in which every grassroots worker can have his voice heard.
