Who can Become a YIP Fellow?

** Anybody between the age of 18-45 can register
** YIP is absolutely free and involves no fees. It is however helpful if you have access to a smartphone with internet to fully participate in the different activities of the YIP Fellowship

How can you Become a YIP Fellow?

** To participate, one can either sign up through the website youthinpolitics.in or download the “Youth in Politics” mobile app.
** The mobile app provides a variety of learning content, tasks and hands-on activities to help participants gain an understanding of Indian politics right down to the grassroots.
** Further, with opportunities to participate in virtual and in-person meets with YIP Icons, I-PAC leadership and Political experts, participants also receive customized mentorship support on their journeys.
** The app is also the one-stop platform for all YIP Fellows to connect with I-PAC and drive political campaigns in different parts of the country.

YIP FAQ

How do I register for Youth in Politics?
You would need to download the App from PlayStore via a smartphone and have a working data connection.After downloading the app, you would need to login with your phone number and OTP. Moving forward, you need to fill in your basic details in the registration form (Name, Age Gender, Pincode, State, District, AC, Block/Municipality, and Ward/Panchayat) to register for YIP.

What happens after registering for Youth in Politics?
“After registering for Youth in Politics, You will drive political campaigns for I-PAC & Electoral Candidates”

Does Youth in Politics have a registration fee?
No, there is no registration fee for joining Youth in Politics.

Does Youth in Politics offer a stipend?
“No, there is no stipend offered for individuals going through the training programs. However, those who will be going for the fellowship program will be given an opportunity to work for I-PAC in future electoral campaigns.”

After joining YIP, do I have to be associated with any specific political party?
No, it is not necessary to associate oneself with any specific political party.

Will YIP/I-PAC help me join a party?
No, YIP is a training platform and it will not help any registrant in joining a party.

Is Youth in Politics associated with I-PAC?
Yes, Youth in Politics is an I-PAC initiative.

How do I deregister from Youth in Politics?
To delete your YIP account permanently, go to your account settings and opt for Delete Account.

Can I join Youth in Politics if I am already a party worker?
Yes, anybody from the age group of 18-45 years can join YIP
