The participation of the volunteers must be preceded with the following assumptions, subject however to completely indemnifying the inviter, for not being subject to any liability that may arise because of

The volunteer shall render unconditional consent and waiver to the following:

The volunteer assures that the :
a. That the data being shared is voluntarily and consciously
b. That the data shared is not sensitive and confidential
c. That the data is otherwise available in public records
d. That the sharing of the data is in compliance of all applicable laws and regulations
e. That the sharing for the data is not pursuant to any pecuniary and commercial benefits
f. That the data being shared by the person is from a safe and a reliant machine

History of Bahujan Movement
1984: Manyawar Kanshi Ram founds the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on April 14, with the aim of bringing about social transformation and economic emancipation for the marginalized communities, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Religious Minorities.
2001: Manyawar Kanshi Ram declares Bahan Kumari Mayawati as his political heir and successor during a mammoth rally at the Lakshman Mela Ground in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on December 15.
2003: Bahan Kumari Mayawati assumes the role of National President of the BSP on September 18, following the serious health setback of Manyawar Kanshi Ram.
2007: The BSP forms the government in Uttar Pradesh for the fourth time, with Bahan Kumari Mayawati as Chief Minister, demonstrating the party’s electoral strength and widespread support.
